Does your business have employees or hire independent contractors to do work for you? If yes, you are required to hand out and file with the social security administration 2017 W-2’s & 1099’s before January 31st, 2018.
As we head into 2018 what are some of your financial goals and new year resolutions? Is it to save more? Start thinking about financial planning? Or starting your own business? Fidelity’s article “3 ways to succeed at New Year’s resolutions” is a great article to read and they share the top three financial resolutions for 2018.
Beginning on January 1, 2018, the standard mileage rates allowed by the IRS will be 54.5 cents per mile for business miles driven. This is an increase from the 2017 rate.
CFO 4 Your Biz will be closed December 25th & 26th in observance of the holiday. We will also be closed Monday, January 1st in observance of New Years.
